1. Products & Orders

  • We sell bicycles and bicycle components: mountain bikes, foot pedals, and wheels.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to purchase bicycles (per CPSC age recommendations).

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Mountain Bikes (16 CFR Part 1512 Compliance):

  • Read all assembly and safety instructions before first use. The instruction manual must contain operation and safety instructions describing operation of the brakes and gears, cautions concerning wet weather and night-time operation, and a guide for safe on-and-off road operation, as well as assembly instructions and maintenance instructions.

  • Adult assembly required for partially assembled bicycles. A bicycle less than fully assembled must have clearly displayed on the shipping carton a list of tools necessary for assembly and a drawing illustrating the minimum leg-length dimension.

  • Always wear a CPSC-certified helmet when riding.

  • Brakes must be properly adjusted before riding.

  • All reflectors (front, rear, pedal, wheel) are required by law – do not remove.

  • Every bicycle subject to 16 CFR Part 1512 must bear a permanent marker or label securely affixed to the frame identifying the manufacturer or private labeler and the month and year of manufacture.

  • For riders under 16: Parental supervision required.

For Foot Pedals:

  • Pedal reflectors are required for legal nighttime operation – do not remove.

  • Tighten pedals securely before riding.

  • Check for wear periodically; replace damaged pedals.

For Wheels:

  • Ensure quick-release or thru-axle is properly tightened before riding.

  • Check wheel trueness periodically.

  • Do not exceed maximum tire pressure rating.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For all bicycles (general-use products not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with 16 CFR Part 1512, based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For bicycles intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. CPC includes product identification, citation to each CPSC safety rule, manufacturer/importer information, date/place of manufacture, testing dates, and third-party laboratory identification.

6. Tracking Labels (16 CFR Part 1130)
For children's bicycles, permanent tracking labels are affixed to the product and packaging as required, containing manufacturer name, production date, batch number, and country of origin. Do not remove.

7. CPSC Reporting Obligations
As a retailer, we have a legal obligation under Section 15(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (15 U.S.C. § 2064) to report to CPSC within 24 hours after obtaining information that a product may create a substantial risk of injury to consumers. If you experience any safety issue with our products, please report it immediately to us and to the CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov.

8. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
We comply with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. It is illegal for a manufacturer or dealer to void your warranty or deny coverage simply because you used an aftermarket or recycled part, unless the manufacturer can prove that the aftermarket part caused the problem requiring repair.

9. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

10. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, riding without helmet, failure to use lights at night, pedal/wheel failure, accidents).

12. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
