Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (safety-critical, electrical, size), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and manuals intact.

Reasons for Return:

  • Mountain Bikes: Bicycles that have never been ridden (wheel reflectors intact) may be returned for a refund minus a restocking fee. Bicycles with manufacturing defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Foot Pedals: Returns accepted if the product is unopened and unused.

  • Wheels: Returns accepted if the product is unopened and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items: Mountain bikes that have been ridden or show signs of wear; foot pedals that have been installed or used; wheels that have been mounted or used.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For mountain bikes, costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply for bicycles.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.

Missing Parts
If your bicycle, pedals, or wheels arrive missing parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
